Living with a skull defect due to Pfeiffer Syndrome, 9-year-old Lani from Athens, Georgia, has faced more surgeries than most adults. Now, she and her family are dreaming of experiencing the joy of Disney World and Give Kids The World.

Maggie Jack has been fighting for her life since infancy, and now, we’re rallying to give her the joy-filled adventure she’s never had.

In October 2020, five-year-old Bella stopped breathing in the middle of the night. Her three-year-old sister found her seizing and unresponsive. That terrifying moment was just the beginning. Bella was later diagnosed with mitochondrial disease—a rare, progressive, and life-threatening condition with no cure.

Since then, Bella’s battled seizures, memory loss, and countless hospital visits. She uses leg braces, a helmet, and a wheelchair for long distances. Through it all, she remains kind, joyful, and brave.

Now, we’re raising $5,000 to send Bella and her family on a dream trip to Disney World and Give Kids The World a break they definitely deserve.
